Nitaqat
Saudization is also known as Nationalization Scheme or Nitaqat System, It is the newest policy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia introduced by its Ministry of Labors. The Objective of Saudization/ Nitaqat is to promote Local Saudis in both Private and Public Organization.
