List & Category of Technicians Compulsory Required to be Registered with Saudi Council of Engineering

We have also mentioned below for our readers the step by step procedure for those Saudi expats who need to register as Technician (Diploma Holder) and as well as those Saudi expats technicians who don’t have any Diploma or Certificate.

List of Professions that required compulsory Registration with SCE

Step by Step Procedure to Register as Technician (Diploma Holder)

The Technicians who wish to register under the Diploma Holder category need to upload the following documents to the SCE profile that they have created:

Documents Required to get Registration as a Technician in Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE)

1. Attested diploma, both sides.
2. Authorization Letter, download from the SCE website, fill out properly, and scan (Click here to download the form).
3. Introduction letter from the current employer, attested by the Chamber of Commerce.
4. Copy of Iqama/Entry visa page in the passport.
5. Copy of Passport.
6. Personal Photograph (passport quality).

Note: All documents are subject to verification from the issuing agency.

Step by Step Procedure to Register as Technician (With No Diploma Holder OR Certificate)

The Technicians who wish to register and do not have any Diploma or Certificate need to upload the following documents to the SCE profile that they have created:

1. Experience certificates in the field issued by employers.
2. Authorization Letter, download from the SCE website, fill out properly, and scan (Click here to download the form).
3. Introduction letter from the current employer, attested by the Chamber of Commerce.
4. Copy of Iqama/Entry visa page in the passport.
5. Copy of Passport.
6. Personal Photograph.
